Section 0: General Provisions0.1 These Rules are binding for all users of the LeTube platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform). By using the Platform, you automatically confirm your agreement to them.
0.2 Ignorance of the Rules does not exempt the user from liability for violating them.
0.3 The Platform Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time without personally notifying users. The current version is always available at:

0.4 The Rules are formulated in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and norms of international law.
Section 1: Authenticity, Accounts, and Responsibility1.1
Authenticity and Honesty. The user undertakes to provide truthful information about themselves during registration (where required) and when using the Platform. Using someone else's photos, personal data, or documents to create an account is prohibited.
1.2
Impersonation Prohibition. Impersonating other individuals, current or former representatives of the Administration, famous personalities (real or fictional), brands, or organizations is prohibited. Creating fan accounts, duplicating accounts, transferring accounts to third parties, or selling profiles are strictly prohibited.
1.3
Nicknames and Avatars. Using offensive, profane language (including disguised forms), direct threats, or content that violates other clauses of these rules in usernames, channel names, and avatars is prohibited.
1.4
Responsibility for Content. The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for all published material: texts, videos, images, audio, live streams, and links. The user guarantees that they possess all necessary rights (including copyright and related rights, model releases, permissions for music use) to publish content on the Platform.
Section 2: Communication and Safety2.1
Respectful Communication. Insults, toxic behavior, bullying, stalking, trolling, profanity, discrimination on any grounds (race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, etc.), and humiliation of the Administration or other users are not permitted.
2.2
Safety and Law. The following are strictly prohibited: threats (including threats of physical harm), blackmail, extortion, organizing or participating in DDoS attacks, hacking, distributing viruses or any other malicious software, as well as any activity that violates the laws of the Russian Federation and international law.
2.3
Confidentiality. Publishing other people's private correspondence, screenshots, personal data (addresses, phone numbers, passport details, financial information), photos, or videos of individuals without their explicit consent is prohibited. For security reasons, it is also recommended not to publish your own personal data in public access.
Section 3: Content and Copyright3.1
Ethical Content.The publication of materials containing the following is not permitted:
- Scenes of violence, cruelty, self-harm.
- Propaganda of terrorism, extremism, war, incitement of hatred.
- Cruelty to animals.
- Dangerous challenges that encourage actions that could harm health or life.
- False medical information (advice that could harm health) and knowingly false political information.
- 3.2 Copyright and Originality. Stealing, re-uploading, or using other people's publications (including videos, music, images, texts) without the written permission of the copyright holder is prohibited. Exceptions are cases provided for by copyright legislation (e.g., quoting with attribution to the author).
- 3.3 Visual Authenticity. Publishing content with visible watermarks or logos from other video hosting platforms and social networks is discouraged on the Platform. Such content may be rejected by moderation.
- 3.4 AI-Generated Content. Any material (image, video, audio, text) created wholly or partially using artificial intelligence tools must contain a clear label (e.g., the hashtag #made_with_AI or a text notice). Using AI to create fakes, deepfakes, or any other content that could mislead users is prohibited.
Section 4: Commercial Activity and Interaction4.1
Spam, Advertising, and Fraud. The following are prohibited on the Platform:
- Mass spam publications and mailings.
- Advertising of goods, services, other websites, channels, and communities without prior agreement with the Administration.
- Promotion of financial pyramids, crypto scams, "easy money" schemes, gambling, and casinos.
- Publishing phishing and virus links, redirecting to malicious or fraudulent resources.
- Conducting fake contests and giveaways, soliciting unjustified donations, and fundraising without confirmation of the intended use of funds.
- 4.2 Technical Stability. Creating petitions or other tools aimed at destabilizing the Platform's operation or discrediting its rules is prohibited. Intentionally creating excessive load on servers (e.g., through automated scripts, bots, repeated identical requests) to disrupt their operation is prohibited.
- 4.3 Circumventing Restrictions. Any attempts to circumvent blocks, create multiple accounts to evade previously imposed sanctions, or use automated scripts (bots) to artificially inflate views, likes, subscribers, or to perform any mass actions without prior approval from the Administration are prohibited.
Section 5: Moderation and Liability5.1
Reporting Violations. Users may and should report observed violations of the Rules through the special form:

5.2
Liability Measures. For violations of the Platform Rules, the Administration reserves the right to apply the following measures without providing reasons, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations:
5.2.1 Issuing a warning (via personal message or as a comment under a publication).
5.2.2 Removing content that violates the rules (publication, comment, media file).
5.2.3 Temporary account suspension (from 1 day to 1 year).
5.2.4 Complete and permanent account ban.
5.2.5 IP address ban in cases of particularly malicious or technical violations.
5.2.6 Submitting information about the violator to law enforcement authorities in cases provided for by law.
5.3
Appeals. The user has the right to file an appeal against moderation actions if they disagree with the measures applied. Appeals are submitted through the form:
